I'm not sure what the plan is for today...so I'm just gona ramble randomly! :) ha! say that 10 times fast!

Anywho....Justin gets off work early tonight, so I get to see him! :) Maybe we will have some newborn puppies to smell...haha! :) Hopefully they will be born and all be ok...its not been going very smoothly...

This is the part where I complain...please skip if you dont want to hear my whining..haha!

There is some stupid HATCH meeting that I have to get my picture taken at...blah! They are making a book with everyone's picture and name in it...because I guess the adult in charge will change every week, so they need to know who is who...its all the Asian kids' fault...hahaha! AND I have to make my 4-H record book...fun fun! haha! its like the most pointless thing ever! I'm totally looking forward to spending forever making it all pretty...haha! oh sarcasm... :)


ok back to non-complaining! :)


For Today's new record came out today! The people that do the Jesus Freak Hideout reviews just ripped it to pieces...like they do with EVERYTHING! ugh! get some happier people to do your reviews! nothing ever pleases them! haha! Anyways...from what I heard of the 20 sec. previews it sounded pretty awesome! :) I think its gona be alot like their last record...which I really liked! Maybe my amazing brother will buy it! haha! doubt it...the oldest child always seems to be stuck buying all the music...

OH! Thousand Foot Krutch is headlining the Creation Fest. Tour...with Disciple and Ivoryline...AND they are coming to Minneapolis!! :) I think we should go! haha! I always think we should go to concerts! They are just so much fun! :)

So that was my awesome pointless rambling...haha! Thats what happens when you stay up till 2:30 and then get up at 7:00...I should go check on the dog that should be giving birth soon! :)

*note: this is a serious blog about what I have been struggling with...

So the title is song lyrics..A Sponge In The Ocean by The Color Morale...And it has been stuck in my head and my heart for days now.

I have a really hard time getting along with my sister. She is very difficult. And I am angry at her a lot. And I finally figured out why, after thinking about it ALL day. Church really got me thinking too...

I HATE conflict. Its in my personality type thingy, and boy is it true. I'm an ISFP & a Peacemaker...haha!

Anywho...Mikkena causes a TON of conflict in my family, and its not easy for me to be around it. Pastor Tim's sermons on anger have helped me a lot, because now I know why I get angry at her.

1. She is keeping me from being conflict free, which he talked about. {getting angry at something cuz it is keeping you from something you want} 
2. Her issues make me angry cuz I love her and I want her to be normal and listen to me and my parents. Cuz I know its just gona hurt her when she is older, if she doesnt change. {he talked bout how if you love someone, and they have problems (like sin) you might get angry because it is hurting that person. But if you hate them, then you are indifferent. I hope I understood that right...correct me if I'm wrong!}

Mikkena is incredibly mean to me, and she loves to annoy me sooooo much. She is really snotty, and never listens to me. She makes me angry, and its hard to spend time with her. So in my eyes she doesnt really deserve my love, (I know this isnt right, she still deserves my love cuz it would be following Christ's example! but just go with me on this one) BUT...even though she deserves my love the least...she really needs it the most....

Maybe it will help her change...maybe it will help the conflict go down...maybe it will make our house more fun to live in...maybe it could change our lives...maybe God has put that on my heart this week, so that I can make a change....it only takes one person to make a change...

I'm on a boat....

Or I guess I WAS on a boat....haha! :) I went out on Justin's boat today with his dad and Mikale! It was super fun! We went tubing and got some pretty impressive air! The waves were pretty scary, cuz it was really windy. But after that we were all super tired...I'm not even sure how my brain is forming sentences that make sense right now! haha! I'm sorry if I start to not make sense and ramble alot.

The Church picnic is tomorrow...I'm trying to remember if they have food at it... or if we should pack some...hhmmm...Its gona be super fun though! I think I'm gona look for a frisbee to bring...that would be entertaining for a while! :)

Blogs are fun! :)

haha! I actually really like doing a blog...its just fun to sit down and write what you are thinking! Even though no one really cares to read it! :)

So mudding was super fun yesterday! :) Well it was more like grassing...cuz there was a lack of mud! haha! But driving super fast on ATVs is always fun! Especially with amazing friends! :) I wish Erica and Sari could've been there though.... :(

After it was too dark to keep going on the ATVs, the guys got out a rail and did some skiing/snowboarding. I thought it was going to fail, but they actually made it work! All they had was snow fence, that fake plastic grass, counter tops, and some soapy water! I was really impressed! :) here is a pic...

Also...another exciting thing happened yesterday: Justin asked me out! Life just never stops; its so crazy! God always has something new and exciting planned for me! :) and the newest thing is having an amazing boyfriend! :)

My brain is officially fried and I have nothing else to say! :)

Chocolate Chip Cookies....

So this is blog #2...yay!! haha! And I bet that you are thinking, because of the title, it will be something about Chocolate Chip Cookies....well HA! I fooled you! It has nothing to do with them! :p

Anyways...I learned something today! {even though I'm not at college like my awesome friends!}

I learned how a Monarch Butterfly got its name...I was actually wondering what the gold ring is on the Monarch's chrysalis, because we have one on our table in the kitchen and its super cool looking! But apparently no one really knows what its for...but that IS how it got its name! Scientists decided that it looked something like a king's crown...so there you go...monarch...

I also went to Step Up 3-D with a friend today...its just as awesome the second time! SICK dancing! :)

AND my favorite Sari Lyn got a blog!!! I'm excited to read her and Erica's adventures together at college! :)

I'm sooooooooooo excited for tomorrow!! MUDDING!! haha! I'm sure there will be lots of pictures of us covered in mud in the next post... :)

Yep I'm officially strange...

Yea so I decided to make a blog...it will be fun!! haha! Since my friends, Sari and Erica, went off to college I need to keep them up to date on my random thoughts...wow I miss them already! :( and now I'm sad and cant think of anything else to write...soooo...oh yea...my blog title...its the lyrics to the beginning of an awesome FM Static song called "Girl Of The Year".  Look it up! :) And I thought it was pretty much fitting...I AM a girl...and I DO like my heavy metal! haha! :)
